Claims Negotiator - Motor Insurance
Up to £25,000
Barker Munro Insurance Recruitment are delighted to be working with an extremely well respected insurance company, within the Top 10 in the UK. They are looking to recruit 10x motor insurance claims professionals of any level to help with the expansion of their claims department.
As an already experienced claims or insurance or customer service practitioner you will be required to take calls direct from the policyholder and ask and prompt them for the necessary information and record all details on "screen".
Any specific training requirements are delivered by an award winning in-house training team.
My client would like to see the following attributes as a minimum level:
- 2 years' experience in a customer service role
- Good time management and organisation
- Complaint resolution skills
- Good communication
- Problem solving skills
My client would really like to see the following attributes at any level:
- A knowledge of liability
- Management of enquiries to existing claims
- File management of customer claims
- End to end claims process
- Knowledge of FCA & Treating Customers Fairly
