Job Description

A manufacturing and distribution company is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, who will interact with customers by phone to provide information and ensure the best technical service possible. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Essential Functions:
· Answer customer calls and provide information about products, services, order status, product information, account status, or pricing
· Take and enter customer orders for processing
· Resolve complex customer complaints, questions, and problems
· Coordinate customer service needs with other departments
· Provide product, promotion, and pricing information
· Liaison between sales, distribution, and customers
· Refer complaints to appropriate departments to investigate
· Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
· Must have a High School Diploma or GED
· Must have a minimum 2 year college degree or 3 years customer service experience
· Must be able to speak English and Spanish
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
· Must possess strong interpersonal skills
· Must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills with the ability to be reasonable and make sound judgements
· Must be honest, trustworthy, high energy, dependable, dedicated, and focused with a strong work ethic
· Must be able to interact with individuals of diverse personalities
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion is required
