Full-time or 3-4 days per week

The National Film and Television School Games Department was established in 2012.

The department has quickly garnered a reputation for its skill in combining traditional NFTS expertise in character creation, storytelling, design, animation, sound and visual effects with games design and production techniques to create games full of   depth, texture and emotion. 

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is excited about imparting their knowledge to and inspiring the next generation of games designers and developers. 

As an experienced Games industry professional you will have knowledge and practical experience of industry customs and practices, a keen eye for story and games development and importantly understand the value and contribution made by other departments (Screenwriting, Sound, Design etc.) to Games projects.

Applicants need to be excellent communicators possessing strong interpersonal skills and a passion for student learning. 

The successful candidate will be expected to develop students into job-ready graduates who can advance the art and science of games and creative industries.
