Programme Director, SERIAL EYES
SERIAL EYES, in three years of operation, has been recognized as the world’s most influential writing and networking programme for professional writers who wish to experience the special challenges of serial drama writing, writers’ room collaboration, producing and showrunning – and to develop new projects which they will pitch to professional European producers and financiers for development. This 9 month intensive full time postgraduate course for 12 writers and producers is organised from the German Film and Television Academy Berlin (DFFB), in partnership with the London Film School and the National Film School of Denmark. SERIAL EYES is based in Berlin and taught in English. It is designed for young European TV writers and producers with previous experience and funded by Creative Europe Media and the Medienboard Berlin Brandenburg, RTL Television, Atlantique Productions and Real Film.
We’re looking for an energetic, ambitious, well-connected artistic and administrative head to take on this role from the founding Director Lorraine Sullivan, initially for the 2016-2017 course.
