This is a unique opportunity to step up into a senior marketing role working for a fast growing, innovative company, to influence and be involved in the creation and delivery of digital and print marketing strategies for an award winning business. 

Rotolight ( is an innovative, multi award winning SME  specializing in the manufacture, sales and marketing of its unique, advanced LED lighting technology range for the photographic, film, and broadcast sectors. The business is based at Pinewood Film Studios, home of James Bond, and its products are revolutionary both in their design and feature set, resulting in unprecedented growth for the family owned company. 

We are seeking an experienced individual, for an exciting opportunity to drive and take responsibility for delivering and implementing our Digital Marketing and PR strategy, to increase brand awareness and engagement and in so doing drive the businesses growth.

The primary objective of this role is to increase the brand reach and awareness across a range of digital, social and print media channels. To achieve this, the day to day role will require creation and delivery of engaging web and social media content, management of the businesses social media channels,  execution and creation of digital and print media marketing campaigns, analysis and reporting of key marketing metrics and campaign outcomes, creation of website content to maximize SEO, raising brand awareness and online sales in the businesses key target territories, development and management of press database, relevant editorial contacts, copywriting and press release drafting.

A further key aspect of the role will involve the development and ongoing management of a network of key influential, international brand ambassadors for the company, in both the broadcast/ video and photographic markets across the world, in order to raise overall brand awareness and customer engagement. 


To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years,  prior relevant in-job experience of managing digital marketing strategies, channels and PR, preferably have achieved a good marketing or business degree. 

You should be able to demonstrate prior success in digital marketing campaigns, and have a detailed knowledge  and experience of utilising paid and organic digital and social media platforms  to grow business awareness and reach, specifically including facebook, twitter, instagram,  and youtube. You should have a keen commercial awareness of the wider importance and impact of marketing and PR for the business as a whole and specifically in driving online sales.

You must be a driven, hard-working individual, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure to achieve objectives. You must be proactive, responsive and able to think creatively, and adapt to changing briefs.   

You shall be reporting directly to the Managing Director, and you must be able to take clear direction,  deliver against required marketing aims and objectives set and be able to work collaboratively across the team and build relationships.

You must be capable of analyzing and evaluating the outcomes and ROI of marketing campaigns, to enable the company and management to make informed decisions.

You should be passionate about the difference creative thinking can make  to marketing and PR.

Other skills:

You would be expected to have a commercial level of competence with Microsoft office (word, excel and powerpoint) or the Mac OS equivalents.

Whilst not essential, it would be an advantage to have experience in using the Mac OS operating system which is utilized by the business.

Personality type.

A positive can-do “glass half-full” attitude is essential,  and you should be a team player.  Focused and results driven. Able to self-manage and take direction.


Likely to have a marketing or business degree with a background in digital and social media.  You will have a minimum 3 years in-role business experience.
