You will play a key role in the management of one of the UK’s leading film, TV and theatre rehearsal studios.

Reporting to the Studio Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of roles covering both bookings and marketing functions and liaising with operations, accounts and all other departments including but not limited to:

  • Management of the Bookings and Marketing team
  • New business development
  • Input into strategic decisions affecting the studios
  • Responsibility for managing and developing the Studio bookings and CRM system
  • Assist the Studio Executive with all aspects of reporting to the landlord on the operations of 3 Mills Studios.
  • Set and oversee the annual Sales & Marketing plan and budget


Main duties to include but not limited to:

Sales and New Business Generation:

  • Manage and monitor the day to day tasks of the bookings team
  • Provide line management and support to the bookings team including undertaking performance management reviews
  • Provide strategic direction to the bookings team in co-ordination with the wider studio plan
  • Ensure the timely production of all necessary documentation relating to studio use and bookings for each studio client
  • Develop a full knowledge of the studios and conduct client tours of Studio facilities
  • Provision of quotes for new business
  • Negotiation of costs/prices and payment plans for client occupation
  • Liaise with accounts department in customer related matters
  • Liaise with the Studio Executive to develop and execute a new business generation strategy
  • Work with all departments to ensure a high level of customer service is achieved across the business.
  • Oversight and approval to delegated limits to discounts offered to potential clients


  • Provide line management and support to the Marketing & PR Executive including undertaking performance management reviews
  • Produce and agree the annual marketing plan
  • Oversee and provide sign off for all marketing & PR collateral

Client and Industry relationships:

  • Build and develop relationships with key decision-makers across all target markets
  • Represent 3 Mills Studios at industry events and studios sponsored activities where necessary, including events that occur outside normal business hours


  • Overall point of contact responsibility for the Studio Bookings and CRM system


  • Maintain and deliver monthly sales and marketing report to managing agent and landlord
  • Prepare and deliver any other reports requested by managing agent, Studio Executive and/or the landlord

Supporting the Studio Executive:

  • Develop a knowledge of the Studio Agreement and Standard Terms & Conditions to enable amendments requested by studio clients to be reviewed and agreed as appropriate
  • Support the Studio Executive in the development of planning and business case to support Studio development/improvement projects
  • Assist the Studio Executive and Accounts department in the preparation of annual income budgets
  • Develop the ability to understudy the Studio Executive in his absence


  • Liaise with the Operations team to ensure all client needs are met, including identifying key studio areas requiring maintenance and upgrading to support clients and sales.

Essential Skills

  • Degree qualified (or equivalent)
  • Vast knowledge and experience of the film/television/theatre industries,
