The BFI is the lead organisation for film in the UK. We are a Government arm’s length body and distributor of Lottery funds for film.

We are looking for a Diversity Advisor to join the BFI Film Fund on a part time basis for 2 to 3 days a week. The post holder will lead and embed the BFI’s Three Ticks diversity system in the UK Film Production Sector through offering expert advice and consultation on achieving and maintaining the Three Ticks standard.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the UK film production industry at a senior level and have successfully embedded a successful diversity strategy or scheme in a creative environment.  You will be expected to proactively build relationships with the wider UK film production sector therefore excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build good relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders will be key.
