The National Film and Television School is one of the most respected film, television and new media schools in the world. The School, working with some of the world’s biggest film and television companies, delivers more specialist production and post-production courses than any other film school in the world. In many cases these are unique at MA level, such as Television Entertainment and Entrepreneurial Producing.

In partnership with Discovery Networks International, the school is launching a new Diploma in Factual Development and Production. This new 12 month part-time (one evening a week and occasional Saturdays) course will enable participants to develop the organisational, planning and creative skills required to take an idea through from initial pitch to transmission and beyond.

Applicants must demonstrate they have factual producing credits and have a thorough understanding of development and production. Applicants need to be exceptional communicators possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for student learning.
