As Programme Manager – Radio reporting to the Head of Media & Radio Programmes, you’ll take responsibility for the successful delivery of Radio projects, including people and resource management, as well as demand and resource planning. It really is a hands-on, operational role, involving multi-organisation, multi-discipline interfaces and multi-suppliers, in which you’ll need to ensure projects are delivered within time, cost and quality constraints. Key elements of the role will involve:

• hands-on engagement with the development and buy-in of plans and their delivery
• the flexible co-ordination of a range of resources with conflicting demands
• strong relationships with external and internal customers
• managing project sponsor and stakeholder
• the management of strategic third party suppliers, in conjunction with supply chain.

With a degree or equivalent in a project or business-related discipline and a recognised Project Management Accreditation (APMP or Prince 2), you’ll need extensive experience of project delivery across a range of products and services within the digital telecoms and broadcasting arena. Skilled at delivering projects to time and budget, you’ll have a clear track record in the development of high-performing teams. Your ability to implement programmes capable of driving efficiencies and economies of scale will be key, along with your strong customer-facing and relationship management skills.
