Shine International are looking for a Sales Director/ VP (depending on experience) to join its dynamic and high performing team!

You will be tasked with driving sales, marketing and distribution efforts to further build on Shine International’s success in specific emerging growth territories and more broadly in Central and Eastern Europe, Russia and the Baltics. Working closely with the EMEA SVP, global Sales teams, Shine Group and its production companies, you will develop creative strategies to increase sales and maximize profits from the exploitation of finished TV programmes and formats across established and new media channels.

You will fit right in if you have:

• Significant experience in solid high international programme sales, preferably to major European territories, including particular experience of drama/documentary pre-sales and co-production

• Impressive track record with broadcaster and producer relationships, including concluding major negotiations

• High energy, drive and passion for the company and for the product, as evidenced by affinity with a broad range of production content including reality, entertainment formats, documentary and drama

• Excellent communication skills, self-confidence, positive personal impact, focus, gravitas and excellent judgment

Reporting into: SVP, Head of EMEA, Shine International.

Location: Primrose Hill, London. 

Salary: Competitive.
