The National Film and Television School (NFTS)

The NFTS is widely acknowledged as one of the best film schools in the world serving the audio-visual creative industries – Film, Television and Games. Over the last five years the School has had more Oscar nominations than any other film school in the world and has won the BAFTA for Best Short Animation four times in a row.

You will need to have exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, a strategic vision and track record in overseeing strategy execution, have an exceptional track record in the film, TV and games industry and/or another HEI or equivalent, have commercial understanding but also great grasp of good governance and the not-for-profit sector, have the vision and passion to ensure the NFTS provides its students with a life-changing student experience, and be able to demonstrate experience of and success in fundraising.
