Would you love to spearhead a major innovation for the film industry?
Maybe you want to move out of the production world but still utilise your knowledge and networks?
The film industry is changing (not before time) to reflect our 21st century society.
Notwithstanding the implementation of such schemes as the BFI ‘three ticks’, the importance of diversity, equality and access remain current challenges within the UK film industry.
We are looking for someone strong, confident and passionate to spearhead an initiative to aid career development across all areas of the industry, from entry-level access to diversity in professional production crews.
The ideal candidate will have significant feature production experience, or alternatively, this role may suit someone wanting to utilise their industry contacts, including at key industry bodies such as the BFI, Film London, Creative Skillset, Production Guild, Creative England (not a definitive list).
Perhaps most importantly, you will have a desire to help individuals, from all backgrounds, to develop their film careers, with the aim of making a better industry, fit for all.
This role will suit someone looking for a better work/life balance, based from home yet attending meetings in London on your timetable, with membership provided to a Private Members club for such meetings. You will be well rewarded whilst having the autonomy to really shape (and shake-up) the industry.
You will be challenged with liaising with feature productions, companies and industry bodies to grow your network and represent our company and services at events.
Interested and want to know more?
If so, send across your CV and our team will be in touch to further discuss.
