Filmquip Media are a highly respected Dubai based supplier of Film Equipment and Crew. We are the Arri Partner for the UAE and greater GCC region, servicing all segments of the industry, but specializing in Feature Films and Television Commercials. We are seeking a dynamic Rentals Manager for our Dubai office.
An understanding of the production process, with the ability to be technically engaged in the field of camera, grip and lighting equipment, as well as being highly organised and able to multi task across a dynamic range of tasks are the strengths we are looking for.
Key Responsibilities for the role of Rentals Manager would entail:
Client Liaison and Communication
Responsible for day-to-day liaison with client/production contacts and crew, ensuring all queries and expectations of the client are satisfied, and all operations run smoothly. Other tasks include sourcing and nurturing new clients and client account management including quotations.
Strategy & Planning
To oversee the daily planning of rental activities, equipment hired from third parties, and equipment purchases.
Equipment Usage / Management
Maximise equipment utilisation. Ensure that all equipment is carefully maintained, and ensure that a culture of care, accountability and discipline are prioritised at all times.
Internal Systems and Processes
Ensure the optimal usage of internal systems and processes by your team in order to enhance operational efficiencies.
Human Resources Management
Manage Human Resources through on-the-job training, motivation, guidance and control, to achieve a high standard of productivity and agreed customer service levels.
