Acquired Series Manager

A newly created role. An opportunity to work at the heart of Acquired Series for Channel 4. You will be involved in creating and delivering a strategy for their identification, purchase and use across all of our linear channels and 4oD. That’ll include negotiating deals and managing complex rights issues. It’ll also include
line- managing the editorial team for Acquired Series, so you’ll need a strong sense of what makes Channel 4 the broadcaster it is. Like us, you’re endlessly curious – and not afraid to champion the untried idea either. Strong commercial instincts and rights negotiating experience are a must, plus an in-depth understanding of the US and UK TV landscape, solid experience in acquisitions or distribution and a collaborative management style.
