The Fyzz Facility Limited is seeking a bright, enthusiastic and reliable Financial Administrator to join the team and provide financial and analytical support.
Reporting directly to the joint Managing Directors you will be responsible for fulfilling "hands-on" daily accounting functions and managing the financial operations of The Fyzz Facility’s businesses.
You will supervise the day-to-day financial administration of the company to ensure smooth running and improvement of processes, overseeing a range of business projects and investments, as well as the maintenance of corporate records.
Key Tasks to include:
- Film Investment Analysis & Feasibility
- Preparation Preparing Monthly Investment Progress Reports
- Preparing Monthly Management Accounts
- Cash and Bank Account Reconciliation
- Producing Short & Long Term Cash Flow Forecasts
- VAT Workings
- Setting Up Internet Payments
- Internal Financial Controls
- Annual Statutory Reporting
You must be a proactive highly motivated self-starter with a keen eye for detail and highly self disciplined. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, commercially focused and a desire to learn new skills are also key.
This is a superb opportunity for a Financial Administrator with small company background to join an innovative, successful and fun environment.
Experience gained within the Film Industry is preferred.

The Fyzz Facility Limited is a specialist film and media financing company, primarily involved in senior debt lending to independent feature films. Over the last two years the company has invested over $11 million across 26 projects and 2 mobile applications. In 2013, the company will launch a slate of 10 x SEIS Companies to develop 5 new Mobile Apps and 5 new Film projects as well as produce a $20m Theatrical Feature Film.
The company prides itself on its reporting and investment management, providing monthly investment reports to each investor on all live trades.
