Who are we?
The National Farmers’ Union represents the interests of farmers and growers across England and Wales.  Promoting the interests of farmers and growers, we aim to influence decision making at the highest levels to create an environment in which our members can be successful.

Why join our team?

Working for the NFU means that you will become part of our friendly, dedicated working  environment.  You will work with a highly motivated team of staff, recognised for their knowledge and expertise and passionate about food and farming.

What we need
Reporting to a Senior Adviser, you will strategically plan and deliver video and multimedia work, ensuring the NFU message and brand achieves maximum reach. You will be a motivated and self-reliant individual who will be able to spot, present and deliver engaging stories that ensure positive coverage for both the NFU and the wider agricultural industry. You will produce, shoot and edit video content, ensuring relevant, quality multimedia pieces are provided to our membership and in support of NFU events and campaigns.

You will have demonstrable experience, or a qualification, in video production and editing within a workplace environment. Experience reporting on the agricultural industry, or knowledge of food and farming, would be a distinct advantage, however it is essential that you have the technical ability to direct and self-shoot videos to a high standard.  There will be a requirement for regular travel around England and Wales.

Please note - selected candidates may be asked to provide a show reel in advance of interview.
