WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Within our Swarovski Entertainment team (SEL) you will be responsible for the business affairs aspect of Swarovski’s young filmed entertainment business. Your main duties will include the co-ordination of business affairs, financial and legal topics throughout a project’s structuring, production, selling and distribution process, with a focus on SEL’s mission to secure IP and exploitation rights of film products as well as to allow for communication and merchandising opportunities for the crystal business and to strengthen the Swarovski brand. The job encompasses the co-ordination and monitoring of the production aspects of SEL’s film projects. The position is an important interface to the financing, producing, distributing and legal partners in the entertainment industry as well as to talent and agents. You will further contribute to the financial planning and modelling of the Swarovski Entertainment business as a whole and its individual projects.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
You are artistically-minded with a strong business focus and extensive knowledge of the financial and legal aspects in the production and selling of 1st tier international independent feature film. You have completed international training in film and TV production and have more than 7 to 10 years of professional experience in international film production and distribution.
Further prerequisites for this exciting and challenging position are strong business management skills, particularly in regards to negotiations with finance and distribution partners from the film and media industry, strategic thinking, social competence, the ability to work in a team, open-mindedness and flexibility. Creativity, innovative spirit, a sound knowledge of the global film market and a strong network of international industry contacts round off your profile.
