Film Fund Assistant
Salary £21,959 – £25,689 per annum
The BFI is looking for a Film Fund Assistant to provide full administrative support to the Senior Development & Production Executives and Head of International; and to contribute to the smooth running of the department.
You will be responsible for organising internal and external meetings, managing diaries and making travel arrangements for all Senior Executives and Head of International. You will work with other members of the team to ensure databases are maintained and updated and arrange accreditation for worldwide film festivals. You will be the first port of call for general enquiries for the Film Fund so a customer focused approach is required.
You will also require a minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role and excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines. You will need an interest in and understanding of the film industry both past and present, as well as possessing excellent IT and word processing skills.
